Suspect in custody in domestic case near Lake Hubert
NISSWA — The suspect in the physical domestic near Lake Hubert that led to a segment of County Road 13 being closed early Wednesday was in custody at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday, Crow Wing County Sheriff Todd Dahl said.
Dahl said he was not sure whether charges would be filed in the incident. He said he would issue a news release Wednesday after talking with the Crow Wing County attorney.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office responded to a physical domestic Wednesday morning at a home off County Road 137, not far from County Road 13 near Nisswa.
Sheriff Dahl said, while on scene, when deputies arrived to the residence they met an individual with a hand gun. Dahl said deputies were able to get the female out of the home and she was transported to a hospital. Dahl did not know the extent of the woman’s injuries. Law officers responded to the scene sometime before 8 a.m. Wednesday.
