LAKE SHORE — A 54-year-old Norwood man was in critical condition Monday at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale after being injured in a snowmobile accident reported at 5:50 p.m. Sunday on Gull Lake.
Cass County Sheriff Tom Burch said the man, Mark Jungclaus, was operating a snowmobile when it hit an ice heave on Gull Lake, just south of Grassy Point. Burch said Jungclaus was transported by ambulance to Essentia Health St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd and then lifted to North Memorial.
