Bi-County CAP board seeking members
Bi-County Community Action Programs, Inc., has openings on its Board of Directors for two low-income representatives: one from Beltrami County and one from Cass County. Board members will be elected in April. The nomination process ends March 9. The term of office is three years.

The Board of Directors meets every other month. Its purpose is to adopt the overall policies of the agency, establish agency goals and priorities, review grant applications, review reports, and monitor and evaluate agency operations. Board members are reimbursed for travel and miscellaneous expenses.
Mounted Eagles 20th anniversary party
Mounted Eagles Therapeutic Riding Program is celebrating its 20th anniversary by throwing a party from 5:30-8 p.m. Monday at the Northland Arboretum. Dinner will be served and some fun activities also. Cost is $10 for adults and $8 for children’s menu.
All present and previous participants, volunteers and friends of the program are invited.
