The Level 3 predatory offender community notification meeting scheduled at 6 p.m. Monday has been cancelled.
The Brainerd Police Department was notified by the Minnesota Department of Corrections that the location on the 900 block of South Seventh Street where predatory offender Joshua Paul Rinde was going to live at is not appropriate at this time. An alternate location has yet to be determined.
No new meeting has been planned, until a determination is made regarding Rinde’s release and a decision is made on where he will be residing.
