LWV member Janes to be honored at honored at meeting
Dorothy Janes of East Gull Lake will be honored at the Feb. 9 meeting of the Brainerd Lakes Area League of Women Voters for celebrating her 99th birthday on Feb. 12.
League officials noted she is one of women who was born before women had the right to vote.
