Two 23-year-old men, who were critically injured Jan. 14 in a two-vehicle crash on Crow Wing County Road 49, also known as Wise Road, near Ponds Edge Trail just north of Brainerd, have been released from North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale and transferred to Bethesda Rehabilitation Hospital in St. Paul.
Justin Dechon of Litchfield, the driver, was transferred to the rehabilitation hospital on Tuesday and Jacob Steven Steininger of Brainerd, who was Dechon’s passenger, was transferred on Sunday, according to the their Caring Bridge websites.
