PAYNESVILLE, Minn. (AP) — Stearns County sheriff's officials say the ATV operator whose body was found in Rice Lake was a Paynesville man.
Sixty-five-year-old Michael Clark Hickman was last seen driving his ATV on the lake last Thursday evening. Deputies and Department of Natural Resources officers found his body floating in open water on Friday.
