ONAMIA — The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe will conduct its 28th annual State of the Band Address at 10 a.m. Tuesday to review 2011 and set the stage for tribal efforts in 2012.
Scheduled speakers include Marge Anderson, chief executive; Curt Kalk, secretary/treasurer; and Rayna Mattinas, chief justice.
The ceremony will be conducted at Grand Casino Mille Lacs Events and Convention Center in Onamia.
