ANIMAL — A report at 12:19 p.m. Tuesday of a deer stuck in her neighbor’s backyard at the 900 block of Blair Circle. Officer let the deer out.
ARRESTS — A 44-year-old man was arrested at 12:34 a.m. Wednesday in Southeast Brainerd on a parole violation warrant and fifth degree of possession of a controlled substance of drug paraphernalia.
FRAUD —A fraud was reported at 1:46 p.m. Tuesday at the 1000 block of Mill Avenue. The complainant bought items from China through eBay and did not receive products.
THEFT —A report at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday of a card fraud, forgery and a theft investigation.
A report at 9:01 a.m. Tuesday of an unknown person who had her jacket on containing her wallet at the 700 block of Laurel Street.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Paul Seidenstricker, 500 block of West College Drive, Tuesday reported damage to a garage. It appeared a vehicle slid into it.

INTOXICATED — Crow Wing County Jail reported at 1:40 a.m. Tuesday an intoxicated male in the lobby, 313 Laurel St.
FIRE — A fire was reported at 6:39 p.m. Tuesday in Emily.
A report at 5:02 p.m. Saturday of an unknown fire on the south side of Bass Lake in Nisswa.
BURGLARY — A burglary was reported at 6:06 p.m. Tuesday at the 10000 block of South Oaks Road in Brainerd.
ASSIST — The county attorney requested assistance with voter fraud investigation at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
ARREST — A 47-year-old man was arrested at 12:31 p.m. Tuesday on a county warrant.
A 28-year-old man was arrested at 9:12 a.m. Tuesday on a county warrant for felony manslaughter at the 1000 block of Seventh Avenue Northeast.
A 42-year-old woman was arrested at 11:26 p.m. Saturday in Pine River on a county warrant.
A 20-year-old man was arrested at 9:21 p.m. Saturday on the White Earth Reservation on a county warrant.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested at 5:34 p.m. Saturday on a county warrant.
A 22-year-old man was arrested at 11:55 p.m. Friday on a county warrant of felony second degree possession of controlled substance.
A 41-year-old woman was arrested at 7:30p.m. Friday in Merrifield after a report of an intoxicated woman out of control.
A 36-year-old man was arrested at 3:39 p.m. Friday on a county warrant for probation violation.
A 28-year-old man was arrested at 12:43 p.m. Friday on a county warrant for a DUI.
ASSIST — Assisted the Brainerd Police Department and State Patrol with an accident with injuries at 6:19 p.m. Saturday on Highways 25 and 18.
SHOOTING — A shooting complaint was reported at 11:14 a.m. Saturday in Pequot Lakes.
A shooting complaint was reported at 12:05 a.m. Friday on Woodrow Road in Brainerd.
THEFT — William Keating Saturday reported a theft of an 18-foot wheeled fish house in Garrison.
Joseph Fraune, Brainerd, Friday reported the theft of a snowmobile trailer.
CRASH — A report at 7:49 a.m. Saturday of a deer striking a vehicle and the deer going through the windshield causing major damage to the roof in Deerwood.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — George Radke, Emily, Friday reported the garage door damaged by someone attempting to break-in.
Kent Clark, Brainerd, Friday reported a storage unit was broken into.
A report at 6:48 a.m. Friday of a boyfriend smashing her phone in Fort Ripley.

INFORMATION — A report at 10:11 p.m. Tuesday of the complainant wanting officers to talk with her son regarding smoking marijuana.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Stanley Chastain reported at 6:48 a.m. Wednesday that he struck a sign post out front of Highway 371 and Lake Forest Road.
PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT — A report of a two-vehicle crash at 10:44 p.m. Tuesday of a personal injury accident along Highway 210 and Baxter Drive.

ARRESTS — A 23-year-old woman and 25-year-old man were arrested Friday for fifth-degree assault.
A 50-year-old woman and 23-year-old woman were arrested Dec. 29 for domestic assault. A 23-year-old man was arrested for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
OTHER — A report Friday on Erie Avenue of odd noises on the street. Officers found that all was quiet.
DISTURBANCE — A report Dec. 28 of a disturbance of loud swearing, yelling and noises from a residence on Third Avenue Northeast.
BURGLARY — A burglary was reported Dec. 27 on Third Street Northeast.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report Dec. 27 of possible damage done to a sign in Crosby City Park.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 8:12 p.m. Sunday that the wooden fence on the Twisted Sisters, Second Avenue Northeast, property was damaged.
THEFT — Rebecca Harris, 100 block of 12th Street Northeast, Friday reported the theft of her Acer laptop computer.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 4:57 p.m. Thursday of a male and female arguing in a van, while waiting for a train at Sixth Street Northeast and Highway 10. The male left the scene on foot.
FRAUD — A report Dec. 27 of a phone scam where the scammer was acting as the complainant’s grandson.
