SUSPICIOUS — A report at 1:43 p.m. Sunday of a party walking on the railroad tracks at Highway 210 and Inglewood Drive.
Americinn Lodge and Suites, 14466 Dellwood Dr., reported at 10:37 a.m. Sunday smelling an odor of marijuana coming from a room.
ARREST —A report at 9:13 p.m. Friday of a fight at the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive. The report resulted in an arrest of one subject for driving while intoxicated, fifth-degree assault and other charges.
THEFT — David Huppler Sunday reported a theft of a PSP game console.
DRIVING — A report at 6:58 p.m. Friday that a vehicle was driving recklessly and flicking cigarette butts out the window on Highway 210.
ARRESTS — Arrested a 28-year-old man at 11:22 p.m. Sunday for second-degree assault, obstructing and disorderly conduct at the 500 block of South Eighth Street.
Arrested a 28-year-old woman at 6 p.m. Sunday for gross misdemeanor probation violation.
Arrested a 30-year-old man at 1:19 a.m. Sunday for third-degree driving while intoxicated, second degree refusal and obstructing the legal process after a traffic stop at South Eighth Street and Norwood Street.
A 55-year-old man was arrested at 9:09 a.m. Saturday for felony theft after attempting to sell stolen coins at 415 N.E. Washington St.
Arrested a 29-year-old woman at 8:52 a.m. Saturday for a Stearns County warrant at 1500 block of Pine Street.
THEFT — Reed A. Campbell Saturday reported the theft of his jacket from the Log Cabin, 320 S. Seventh St.
Anna Kuopus, 1400 block Maple Street, Friday reported a theft.
Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St., Friday reported a theft.
A report Saturday of a theft of a credit card.
INTOXICATED — Perkins Restaurant, 623 W. Washington St., reported at 2:25 a.m. Saturday of an intoxicated man that is passed out and they cannot wake him up.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — Larry Knutson reported at 1:45 p.m. Friday that a vehicle struck his building at 1123 S. Sixth St., Thursday afternoon and caused damage.
DISTURBANCE — A report at 11:12 a.m. Friday that a 15-year-old man was causing a disturbance at Brainerd’s South Campus, 400 Quince St. The man was cited for disorderly conduct.
