Kalli Randall, the 22-year-old daughter of Vicki Randall and Mike Randall, was crowned the 2011 Miss South Central, Saturday night August 6th in Waseca. Miss South Central is a preliminary competition in the Miss America Organization.
Randall is a 2007 graduate of Brainerd High School and a 2008 graduate of Model College of Hair Design. She will be competing in the 2012 Miss Minnesota Pageant in June of 2012 to be conducted in Eden Prairie. She was also the interview award winner of the pageant.
