The Crime Free Multi Housing meeting will be 1 p.m. Monday at the Brainerd Police Department.
Brainerd Police Chief Corky McQuiston will be there for a chat with the chief. Bill Kronstedt, Brainerd Rental Housing Inspector, will present “Don’t wash that mold, hand me a pliers, or A Fungusamoungus, the journey to the land of it depends.”
A proposal on changes to the Rental Housing Maintenance Code and Licensing Fees will be completed for presentation to the Brainerd City Council in August.
