Lauren Johnson, a 19-year-old sophomore at The College of St. Scholastica, was recently crowned Miss Twin Cities.
Johnson’s platform is “The Weight of the Issue: Eating Disorder Awareness.” During her year as Miss Twin Cities, Johnson’s job and mission is to bring awareness to the signs of eating disorders before it claims any further victims.
Johnson, a 2009 graduate of Brainerd High School, is the daughter of David and Shelly Johnson. She will compete for the title of Miss Minnesota in June of 2011.
