Greatest achievement: “My family. I have six children, 13 grandchildren and I have a few great-grandchildren.”

Best classic movie: “I like westerns, especially John Wayne.”

Favorite color: Green.

Craziest thing in your life: “Making fudge and I threw it at my cousin. We were kids.”

Depression: “My dad did logging during the Depression.”

How did the Depression change you: “I’ve always thought ... If I only knew then what I know now.”

What do you do for fun: “Go to picnics, dancing, playing cards, listening to music and being outdoors.”

What do you listen to: “Western music, of course. I like Buck Owens and Johnny Cash.”

Your health: “I’m legally blind.”

Favorite thing you bake: Cinnamon rolls.
