CROSSLAKE — “Minnesota Mushrooms: Should I Eat Them, or Not?” is the topic of the Crosslake Chautauqua Program scheduled for 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Crosslake Community Center.
Those attending can learn to identify the mushrooms of central Minnesota with John Mikesh of the Paul Bunyan Mushroom Club. Learn which seven are deadly, which are good to eat, and interesting facts about all the others. Discover where to find reliable information on your own, and learn how to find wild mushrooms in the field.
