Kinship Partners would like to thank the 28 people who turned in applications to become mentors in January as part of National Mentoring Month.
Kinships goal was to recruit 50 mentors in the month of January. But Dylan, soon to be 11 years old from Brainerd, is still waiting for a Kinship Partner mentor.
Dylan had a mentor but is back on the waiting list as the mentor has moved out of the Brainerd area.
His mom would like Dylan to have a positive male role model as he has no contact with his dad.
Dylan enjoys lots of “guy activities” like fishing, golfing, four wheeling, swimming and board games.
He would like to learn to ice fish, play hockey and tennis. Dylan also wants a partner who likes sports.
Kinship Partners serves families in Crow Wing County, southern Cass County and the Staples/Motley area by providing positive role models to youth from the ages of 5 to 14. We have offices in Brainerd, Pequot Lakes, Crosby and Staples.
