In search of a ‘big brother’

CHILD IN NEED

Posted: November 8, 2011 - 7:29pm

• Who: Danny.

• Age: 6.

• Hometown: Brainerd.

• Interests: Danny likes school, bowling, bike riding, swimming, fishing and anything to do with firemen or policemen.

• Personality traits: Danny is a great kid who is very energetic.

• Current number of children waiting for partners: 28 boys, 21 girls.

Danny lives with his mom and his dad. He says he would like a partner to go boating with and he would like to learn to help others. Danny would greatly benefit from having a caring guy in his life that would spend one-on-one time with him and who would be someone he could look up to like a big brother. He would like to meet some more kids his age so a family partnership might work well, also. Danny describes himself as nice, fun and a fast runner. He hopes to be a fireman or a policeman when he grows up.
