Camp Confidence (Northern Minnesota Therapeutic Camp Inc.) is a year-around program of camping and outdoor education for the mentally retarded, serving residents of Brainerd State hospital along with day time activity centers and parents.

The non-profit corporation founding the camp of 140 acres on Sylvan lake in the Brainerd area was established by a group of Brainerd businessmen in December of 1967.

The site, 15 miles from the Brainerd State hospital, includes over half a mile of lakeshore. A number of tent sites and picnic sites have been developed to date, and plans are for construction of individual cabin units and a main lodge.
