All the action this Super Bowl Sunday should be on television — not in your kitchen. The simpler the party the more fun it is for everybody. Keep the game fun, easy and delicious by preparing French Bread Stroganoff in advance and just pop it in the oven at game time so your guests can tackle a wonderful hot sandwich. Complement your menu with yummy Chocolate Crumb Bars.

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Chopped green onion on top (optional)
Brown hamburger with onion. Add cream of mushroom soup, water and can of mushrooms with the juice. Pull center pieces of French bread out to make a hollow in each half. Add the pieces to the meat mixture and cook for 20 minutes. Add the sour cream. In the meantime, brown the French bread halves under the broiler. Put sliced cheese in the bottom, then add the meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese and bake until melted. Slice diagonally and serve. Good served with a salad.
