The Brainerd Lakes Chamber announced changes in its leadership team as it marks the beginning of a new fiscal year.

The incoming officers who will lead the board of directors are Steve Mau, Brainerd General Rental, chairman; Kim Ellingson, Bremer Bank, vice chair; Tom Kavanaugh, Kavanaugh’s Resort, treasurer; and John Newhouse, Lakeland Mold, past chair.

Joining the chamber’s board on Sept. 1 are Mike Dillon, Lexington Manufacturing Inc.; Scott Kuehl, Nor-Son Inc.; and Deb Mitzel, Dondelinger Chevrolet Cadillac Inc.  

Continuing on the board are Mark Jurchen, Lakeland Agency; Jeremy Pollock, VP Insurance Center; Tim Ramerth, Westwood Professional Services; and Tom Reek, Cuyuna Regional Medical Center.

Those completing their terms of service on the board of directors are Brent Gunsbury, Bercher Design and Construction; Mary Kolkind, Sears Hometown Store; and Ron Morris, Insty-Prints.

 The Brainerd Lakes Chamber will recognize these leaders as well as the many volunteers who serve on its committees during the chamber’s annual dinner, Oct. 4, at Breezy Point Resort.

The theme of this year’s dinner is, “A New Season, A New Reason …”
