Lakeland Public Television is proud to present Lakeland Kids Appreciation Day on Saturday, March 3rd.
The event will be held in the Westgate Mall in Brainerd. Beginning at 10:00 a.m. families will have a chance to meet Clifford the Big Red Dog, a popular Lakeland Kids character. Parents should bring their own cameras for photo opportunities with Clifford.
In an effort to encourage reading amongst families, Brainerd Public Library staff will be providing several story time breaks throughout the morning. There will also be prize drawings.
Buddy the T-Rex from Dinosaur Train will be visiting the Paul Bunyan Mall in Bemidji the same day, with story time and prizes throughout the day. The Bemidji event begins at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 3rd.
