Brainerd Library Book Club - Wed, March 9th @2pm

Come join us in the small meeting room at the Brainerd Public Library Wednesday, March 9th 2:00pm for a discussion of A Reliable Wife by Robert Goolrick. This incredible book is a gothic novel set in rural Wisconsin in the winter. I didn't like the book at first however, I absolutely could not put it down until it was done. The characters were very believable and you just could not wait to see what was going to happen next. The imagery of the freezing stark environment adds another dimension to the story. If you would like to read something a little different in historical fiction you can check out a copy of the book at the library.
