Reading "Love Letters"

Book Review
Love Letters
by Katie Fforde
Reviewed by Linda McIntosh

When taking a quick look at this book, you would call it a British "chick lit" book. It is that, but more.
I would describe it as romantic comedy with interesting and funny characters and good descriptions of the setting both in Ireland and England. The plot centers on a young woman who is organizing a literary festival in England. The literary festival part is also interesting and new information to me.
Of course, there is a ruggedly handsome Irish author in the mix, adding the romantic interest. The plot moves at a rapid pace with witty writing. As Booklist wrote "We know all will be right in the end, but it is the ‘how she gets there' that makes these books fun."
