TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — A Scotsman and former Baxter resident released from prison four years ago after spending two decades on Ohio’s death row could be sent back to prison after he pleaded guilty Friday to threatening a judge who prosecuted his original case.

Kenneth Richey, 47, pleaded guilty to a felony retaliation charge and now faces up to three years in prison. He’ll be sentenced May 7.

ST. CLOUD (AP) — An Ironton woman with three young kids in her pickup truck led law enforcement officers on a high-speed chase through Benton and Sherburne counties Thursday night, the Minnesota State Patrol reported.

Authorities say troopers tried to stop Rebecca Lueck, 31, for speeding but she refused to pull over. She allegedly got onto a highway and fled 20 miles to Clear Lake.

A Sherburne County Sheriff’s deputy eventually used stop sticks to deflate at least one tire and Lueck was taken into custody.

The children in Lueck’s pickup truck were ages 7, 3 and 2.

ROCHESTER — Greg Sellnow, a Brainerd High School graduate who worked summers at the Brainerd Dispatch while going to school at Central Lakes College before going on to become a longtime reporter, editor and columnist for the Post-Bulletin of Rochester, has died, the Post-Bulletin reported Sunday.
