Level 3 predatory offender Joshua Paul Rinde, 28, will move Nov. 7 from Brainerd to Baxter, being Baxter's first Level 3 predatory offender to live in the city.
Baxter Police Chief Jim Exsted said Rinde will move to a residence on Greenwood Road South.
