A Hennepin County judge has declined to dismiss a lawsuit by Steve Bohnen that alleges malicious prosecution, abuse of process and civil conspiracy. Bohnen's suit is against a man -- and his attorneys -- who sued him more than two years ago following a campaign-sign incident.
