With its musicians still locked out after more than 14 months and a group of legislators criticizing its actions, the Minnesota Orchestra's management announced a $1.1 million deficit on Wednesday, down from a $6 million deficit the previous fiscal year, when the musicians performed a full season of concerts. Expenses were $13.1 million, down from the prior fiscal year's $31.5 million.
